Project Failure Rates

Consider this:
- On average, about 70 percent of all IT-related projects fail to meet their objectives
- Nearly half of respondents reported at least one project failure in the past year
- Steve Ballmer (CEO of Microsoft) stated 35% of IT projects fail
- 35% of all requirements change within the duration of any given project
